Our on-site Rehab, Dietary, Social Work, and Activities departments provide personalized and compassionate care to each guest. Rehabilitation Services Director
Director of Nursing
Kristi graduated with her R.N. degree from RETs tech center and has been an Assistant Director of Nursing at The Laurels of West Carrollton for some time. We are very excited to continue to promote from within at The Laurels and have Kristi now lead our clinical team as the Director of Nursing. She has worked in skilled nursing for many years with experience as an STNA, unit manager and field clinical liaison. Kristi currently resides in Beavercreek, Ohio with her husband and three children and enjoys spending time with family whenever she can.
Director of Marketing
Sandy joined the Laurels team in 2015 as the Director of Marketing, she has over 32 years of experience in healthcare and customer service. She received her LPN in 1990 in Tennessee. Her passion is serving the local community and being dedicated the guest and their families. She is a member of the Rotary, Merchants Association and she loves to volunteer in the community helping with the special events. She resides in Carlisle with her husband and son. In her free time she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family.
